Who should attend this course?

The Level 2 course covers basic food handling and is designed for those providing food for the public or in a commercial capacity. It is a legal requirement that food handlers should receive appropriate training in-line with Environmental Health guidelines whether you are a tea-shop, a bakery, butcher, sandwich bar or prepare food at home for public consumption.

Level 3 Food Safety in Catering

The Level 3 course we offer is a 3 day course aimed at food business owners, chefs, team leaders and managers, restaurants and persons who require a more detailed knowledge of food safety and hygiene. This course covers everything in Level 2, but in far greater detail.

We run our training courses in Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, London, Midlands, Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester and Cambridge. Depending on numbers, we can also run the course on your premises.

How much will this course cost?

Level 2 Food Safety: This course will cost £90 (all inclusive) per person – discounts are available for group bookings.

Level 3 Food Safety: This course will cost £350 (all inclusive) per person.
