BIIAB ARAR – Award in Responsible Alcohol Retailing

This course supports those retailing alcohol with knowledge of the law, the licensing objectives and licensable activities. Great for bar staff or those wanting to take their Personal Licence, this is relevant training for licensed operators that want to uphold the Licensing Objectives.

Beer Line Cleaning

This is so important in the dispense of draught products, learn how to do it efficiently and correctly with our experienced trainers.

Cask Ale Handling

Brilliant for those that are new to the business or want to understand more about this increasingly popular product, we will teach you how to look after Cask or Real Ale in YOUR cellar. Understand the correct procedure and stages of handling cask ale.
